Webroot windows 8 problems
Webroot may have to whitelist some files from your games to work right. When sending a Support Ticket a Webroot log is automatically sent to Webroot for Webroot to correct the problem. Putting in another Support Ticket on this problem before Support responses will put your first Support Ticket at the end of the queue. I did a support ticket. OK now its been six days with a ticket in and nothing. Guess I will uninstall and put Nortons back on.
No tech support here. Wow all I can see is wow. If you log back in to that support ticket, they can send you diagnostic logs and start looking into the problem.

IE 11 and windows 8. I cant even start IE from desktop but only from start and the funny win 8 IE version I re-installed WSA and used the toolbar fix, but still get incompatibility from the toolbar add-ons. I'll try disabling Enhanced protected mode next and apply the toolbar fix next. Read my post above people I tried that.

First of all make sure that WSA has executed a scan of your system If that does not help and you were runing a trial prior to making your purchase then I think that you need to make sure that you have entered the purchased subscription keycode in correct and are not still running with the trial keycode.

Regards, Baldrick. You must follow the directions in that email in order to finish activating the Account portal. The system will not let you log in until after you have done this. If you did not receive the email to confirm the registration, there might have been a delay in activating it or you might have mis-spelled your email address when registering.
If this is the case, you might want to Submit a Trouble Ticket. You might want to submit a Trouble Ticket as I noted in the last reply. I do not think it will allow you to register again as the key code will be set for in use. There might be either an issue in the registration, or the email address you used. A support tech should be able to help resolve this. Already did Don't worry, they will. Seems someone used my key i got on a giveaway already to register, is it possible to someone give me a 30 day key just for the sake of uninstalling it? My apologies that this topic appears to have slipped under our radar. Looking at the related support case, it looks like you took care of this yourself with a Windows 8 refresh. This isn't resolved. When I log is to recieve an updated password I recieve no email in return. Please do NOT send another Ticket or add any additional comments once you have submitted your Ticket: doing so will replace your previous Ticket in the queue, putting you back to the end of the line so to speak.
